The USS Potomac is an excellent venue to host special events. We host annual special events of our own but can also help you host your special event.

Eleanor’s Tea Party and Fashion Show
One of Eleanor Roosevelt’s favorite pastimes was to invite friends, associates, and others to enjoy afternoon tea.
In a homage to these joyful times for one of the most remarkable and impactful First Ladies in American History, we recreate a delightful afternoon of sharing high tea and conversation, and enjoy a fashion show by Chico’s Lafayette. A fundraiser for Potomac programs, a silent auction and raffle will also be held.
