- Educational Cruises for 1,600 East Bay public school children; 16 cruises each year. These cruises are free of charge for classroom groups.

- The ongoing maintenance, repair and operation of the Presidential Yacht USS Potomac, FDR’s “Floating White House”.
- Dockside and shipboard educational programs for over 11,000 visitors annually.
- The Potomac Visitor Center Museum exhibits and programs for Museum Studies interns from local colleges and universities.
- The development and delivery of special cruises featuring the ecological, historical and economic importance of San Francisco Bay.
